Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.

We ask patients to please not call us with a prescription request. We ask if you can fill out the repeat form and place it in our letterbox. Alternatively you can register for patient services where you can access your prescription details online and request a new prescription there. 

It is important we have your current home and mobile telephone numbers. If you have changed either of these recently please advise us using the 'Change of Details Form' on our website.
